This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on WhatsBizAPI subscriptions.
1. 7-Day Refund Window
We offer refunds only within 7 days of your payment date, subject to the following conditions:
1.1 Eligible for Refund
You may request a refund within 7 days of payment if:
- You have not used the Service extensively (less than 100 messages sent)
- You encounter a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service and we are unable to resolve it
- The Service does not function as described on our website
1.2 Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will NOT be provided:
- After 7 days from the payment date
- If you have actively used the Service (sent messages, created campaigns, etc.)
- If your account was suspended due to violation of our Terms of Service
- If you simply changed your mind after the 7-day period
- For partial months or unused portions of your subscription
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 7-day window:
- Email us at support@whatsbizapi.com
- Include your registered email address
- Provide your payment receipt or transaction ID
- Briefly explain the reason for your refund request
We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
3. Refund Processing
3.1 Approved Refunds
If your refund is approved:
- The refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Processing time is typically 5-10 business days depending on your bank
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated
3.2 Denied Refunds
If your refund request is denied, we will provide a clear explanation of the reason.
4. Subscription Cancellation
4.1 Canceling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for future billing cycles
- No refund will be provided for the remaining days of your current billing period
4.2 Account After Cancellation
After your subscription ends:
- Your account will be downgraded to free tier (if available) or deactivated
- Your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion
- You can reactivate your subscription at any time
5. Free Trial
5.1 Trial Period
Free trials do not require payment and therefore no refund is applicable.
5.2 Converting to Paid
If you convert from a free trial to a paid subscription, the 7-day refund policy applies from the date of your first payment.
6. Exceptions
We may consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis for:
- Documented medical emergencies
- Billing errors on our part
- Service outages exceeding 48 hours
