You pay two things: (1) the WhatsBizAPI platform fee — ₹0 for the free trial, then Campaigns from ₹750/month or Business from ₹1,300/month, with quarterly and yearly prepay options that cost less per month — and (2) Meta's conversation-based charges, which are the same regardless of which WhatsApp API provider you use. There are no per-message markups, no setup fees, and no minimum commitments.
Does WhatsBizAPI offer monthly billing?
Yes. Both Campaigns and Business are available monthly, quarterly or yearly — prepaying a quarter or a year lowers your per-month cost. Quarterly and yearly billing can auto-renew or be paid once and renewed manually; monthly is currently a one-time payment, renewed manually. We'll send you a WhatsApp reminder before your plan expires either way.
What does Meta charge for WhatsApp conversations?
Meta bills per message delivered, by category: Marketing templates cost approximately ₹0.86 per message, Utility and Authentication templates approximately ₹0.11 each (utility templates inside an open 24-hour service window are free), and Service conversations (initiated by customers) are free and unlimited (no monthly cap).
